Delivery options and costs

Standard flat rate of R 70 - Johannesburg / Pretoria

Standard flat rate of R 90 - Cape Town, KZN & all other provinces

We understand that many other online stores offer free delivery options but as we are a small local business, we have to pay our couriers and we would rather be upfront about delivery rates and not hide delivery fees in the product price. This also helps us to bring you the best prices on our products. 

Festive Season 2021

Last orders need to be placed by close of business on 13th December 2021 in order to be delivered by Christmas. Please understand that we do not hold stock and we are bound by our suppliers and their warehouse closing and re-opening dates.

Any orders placed from 14th December 2021 will only be dispatched from 10th January 2022 (supplier dependant).

Time frame to receiving an order

Delivery usually takes between 2-7 working days, however due to unforeseen circumstances, stock clearance issues and supplier delays, it could take longer up to 12 working days. The absolute maximum delivery time may take up to 30 days in severe cases but this will be communicated to you every step of the way.

We will notify you if we are unable to deliver your order during the stipulated Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.

Retail Therapy Online’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Retail Therapy Online is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

Signing for delivery

You need to sign for your delivery, we don’t want to get your parcel in the wrong hands! If, however you are happy to allow someone else to accept your parcel on your behalf, you may instruct the driver when he calls you to deliver. If we are delivering to a business address and you are unavailable, the courier will leave the parcel and have it signed by the receptionist.

Something is missing from the order

If you receive your parcel and you find that you are missing an item, please email us at info@retailtherapyonline.co.za  and we will gladly assist. Check our Returns Policy for more information.

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment online. If you do not receive this email within 2 working days of us receiving your payment, then please contact our customer services which will gladly assist: info@retailtherapyonline.co.za
