Shipping policy

Retail Therapy Online delivers directly to your home or office, weekdays, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you via email throughout the process. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R80 in Gauteng and R120 to all other provinces. *Courier fees have increased as of 1 April 2026 due to increased courier fees as a result of the petrol price fluctuation.

We strive to deliver to you as fast as possible normally between 2-7 working days (some products have longer delivery times and these will be stipulated on the product description where possible). 

Please note that Retail Therapy Online does not hold stock (which allows us to provide you with the best prices) and therefore stock is not always guaranteed, however we do our best to reflect accurate stock availability and will inform you if there is a discrepancy.

Once your order is with the courier and a tracking number assigned, this will be communicated to you on email.
